Yoga

Heather Champney offers accessible, welcoming yoga classes at the ELMM Community Center, including a weekly Hatha Flow series. Her sessions focus on mindful movement, breath, and strength, creating a supportive space for all levels. Winchester ACCESS



All Children, Cared for, Educated, Supported, & Successful





ACCESS is a 503 C nonprofit which provides before and after school supervision and activities for students of Winchester School. During the school year, ACCESS provides after school care, inclusive of homework help, tutoring, enrichment programs, recreation, and more. Each child is provided with a snack and dinner. ACCESS also offers camp programming for April, February, and summer vacation.

Used as needed, MFS now has a private office in the ELMMCC. Founded in 1905, Monadnock Family Services (MFS) is a nonprofit, comprehensive, community mental health center serving 35 towns and 110,00 residents in southwestern New Hampshire. Each year, our almost 200 team members serve about 500 children with emotional and behavioral disturbances and 800 adults with mental illness through more than a dozen distinct programs in parent education, youth development, family support, elder care, veterans services, substance abuse prevention and treatment, and individual and group treatment and recovery support for persons and families struggling with mental illness.
